Second Grade Dolphin Splash
Dear Parents/Guardians,
Happy spring! The end of the year is quickly approaching. Students are
getting more excited about becoming third graders. We can all support this
by
expecting increased independence in their work at school and at home. We have a busy month ahead;
full of butterflies, biographies, and important leaders from history!

We look forward to exciting experiences and lots of effort and persistence during the
remainder of the year!
Just a few reminders as we enter spring: Please remember to dress your child in layers to
ensure they are comfortable throughout the day. The weather can be unpredictable and it is often
chillier in the classroom than it is outside! Also, make sure to label your children’s clothing so it will
not get lost.
