Reading
Math
We read The Mermaid Who Lost Her Comb
this week. We asked and answered
questions about key details in the story.
We also read and retold stories with
characters who had tooth troubles.
We described a 2-digit number in amounts of
tens and ones. We also discovered more than
one way to show a given number using
tens and ones.
Writing
Science
We continued to write informative texts
about a given topic.
We wrote a topic sentence and facts about
caring for our teeth.
We compared and classified living
organisms and non-living objects.
Social Studies/Health
Other
We read A Trip To The Dentist.
We described ways to promote
dental health.
Conference are next week!
