Emergency Closing Plan
During the course of the school year, sudden early dismissals may occur due to weather
conditions or facility failures. In the event of these emergency closings, it is important
that the office have on file an alternate plan for student supervision.
Please review with your child what he/she should do if no one is a home when school is
dismissed early. Please respond by completing and returning the bottom portion of this
form. Return to your child’s teacher by Friday, September 11, 2016. This form will be
kept on file in the school office to ensure that students are dismissed in a safe, orderly
manner.
