Every two weeks Kathy will pull two names from this bucket during Falcon News. Winners will have a choice of receiving: $5.00 Panera Card, $5.00 Starbucks card or leave early pass (leaving at 2:30pm) High Flyer Tickets When a student is caught being respectful, responsible, dedicated or safe, that child will receive a Falcon High Flyer ticket that describes the behavior. Any staff member can give these tickets out. One copy of the ticket goes into a classroom bucket, and one copy goes home with the student. At the end of each month, during the morning Falcon News, Kathy, will ask each classroom teacher to pull 2 highflyer tickets. These kids will have lunch with administration the following week. The highflyers will also be collected and the number of tickets earned is entered into the data system to keep track of how many tickets each child is receiving. HF can also be pulled by the classroom teacher as an incentive. For example: to run an errand, to choose kids to have lunch bunch, to receive treats, etc. Criteria for giving out High Flyers.
