Parent/Teacher Conferences Follow-Up
A great time to sit down with your child to review their grades
is after your parent-teacher conference. It is also a good time to
help your child develop learning goals for the second quarter.

Parent Tips
 Be sure to talk to your children to learn how they are doing in school and to find out
their true feelings about their school.
 Remember, do not interrogate them.
 Instead of asking your children, “How was their day?” ask questions that
require a detailed answer.
 Such as, “What was the best part of your day today?”
 After listening to them, share how your day went.
Whatever it Takes!
It’s Cold Outside!
Please be sure your child has a heavy cold, hat,
and gloves when walking to school or waiting at
the bus stop. Also, please check our lost and
found if your child has lost an item.
