INTRODUCTION
Roberto Clemente was a well known baseball
player. He was one of the Latino baseball
players. Latino is a person from a Latin
American country. He played with the
Brooklyn Dodgers and the Pittsburg Pirates.
Roberto Clemente showed effort, motivation,
and persistence to become a great baseball
player.

ROBERTO CLEMENTE’S ACCOMPLISHMENT
Roberto Clemente‘s goal was to become to great baseball
player. As a kid Roberto played baseball all the time. In
high school he could hit the ball with a lot of power and
he could run really well. Roberto played with the
Pittsburgh Pirates for 17 seasons. He helped the Pirates
win the World Series in 1960 and 1971. He became the
first Latino to reach 3,000 hits. This is how Roberto
Clemente reached his goal of becoming a great baseball
player.

Roberto Clemente and I have both worked hard to achieve our
goals. Roberto worked hard to achieve his goal of becoming a
great baseball player. I worked hard to achieve my goal of being a
great Super Mario video game player.
MY ACCOMPLISHMENT
I wanted to be great at the Super Mario video game. When I first got the game Super Mario I
started to play it and I really liked it. I promised myself to be the greatest Super Mario player. So I
kept on playing until I got to the last level and defeat the boss. I never gave up. It took a lot of
work but I achieved my goal.
CONCLUSION
Now you know how hard Roberto Clemente worked to reach his goal of becoming one of the best
baseball players and how hard I worked to became great at playing the game Super Mario. What goal
