Staff Appreciation Week

The Churchill cluster elementary school counselors are hosting a Cyber Safety Night on Wednesday,
April 22, 7:00-8:15 pm, at Beverly Farms ES. All parents are invited to attend this informational
session.

International Night will be on Friday, May 1. Students will present cultural performances from 7:00 to
7:30 pm. Then, from 7:30 to 9:00 pm families can enjoy food, crafts, displays and costumes as we tour the
world and explore the cultural diversity of Bells Mill. Please, all children must be accompanied by an adult.

Take Your Child to Work Day is Thursday, April 23. Please notify your child’s teacher if your child will
be out of school for all or part of the day.

The last day of school for students will be Monday, June 15, 2015. This will be an early release day
(1:00 pm dismissal for Bells Mill). Friday, June 12, will now be a full day of instruction.

The 2014-2015 Reflections Gallery and Ceremony will be on Saturday, April 25, 2015, at Clarksburg
HS, 22500 Wims Rd., Clarksburg, MD. All artwork entered at the county level will be displayed at the
Gallery, 4:30-5:30 pm. The Awards Ceremony will take place 5:30-7:00 pm. Only Outstanding
Interpretation of Theme and Award of Merit winners will be recognized at the ceremony.

Gr. 5 Parents, mark your calendars! Cabin John MS will host an orientation for incoming 6th graders,
Wednesday, June 17, 2015, 8:30-11:30 am. Parents must provide transportation. Questions, please call the
