Expert Opinion About GTU’S Research Week For Faculty of Pharmacy

Dr Padmin Buch (Industry expert GITCO) : “Its different.One very good
initiative,where all stakeholders are getting together.Best part is that the
students are coming to one place.It is very methodical ,systematic.
Suggestions :student effort is sincere.Students must work on active
pharmaceuticals ingredients.Students must be given a brief out of GTU
before all the presentations.”
Dr Rema Razdan (Rajiv Gandhi univ Bangalore): “ It’s a novel idea,such reviews
were never done earlier by other universities.Idea of exposing the students to
various experts will enlighten the students.There is accountability.Good follow
up is there.”
Suggesstions: “Scientific temper can be improved.Guide must sit when students
are presenting.”
Dr Kamala Vasu (PERD centre) : “It is good to grab the potential of the experts
for the students.Students were free.There should be a motivation for the
students.
Sugestions: There is always a scope of improvement .One or two talks must be be
included with the programme.”

Brief News:- Total :175 Students of MPharma Sem-IV and 7 Students of Ph.D.(Batch-2011) were
reviewed by the experts. There experts talk were held on various innovative topics of Pharmacy on
