To the Plenary Meeting of the Research Project, we are expecting many distinguished personalities
from the field of technical education:
1. Honourable Vice-Chancellors of three Technology Universities:
a. Dr. R.K.Khandal, Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor Gautam Buddha Technological University,
Lucknow, UP
b. Dr. D. S. Chauhan, Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor Uttarakhand Technological University
Dehradun, Uttarakhand
c. Prof. Piyush Trivedi, Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor RGTU, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh
2. A former Director of IIT Kharagpur, Padamshri Dr K L Chopra,
3. Prof H P Khincha from IISc, Bangalore (Prof Khincha was the Vice-Chancellor of Visverya
Technological University, the Technology University of Karnataka. He uis said to have
contributed greatly to the building of the University.)
4. Dr Premlata Rajan, Director of Anna University (the Technology University of Tamil Nadu)
5. Dr. J.N.Mistry, Dean Academic of Sardar Vallabhbhai National Institute of Technology Surat
are also expected to make their presentations.
This is the 4th such meeting. But since this positive work has not yet been covered by our newsmedia, every one of the Directors/ Principals of our 500 institutions may not yet be aware about it.
However as a person, interested in GTU in particular and in higher education, in general, it may be of
interest to you to hear from the top-most personalities in the field.
GTU is pleased to cordially invite all the Directors/ Principals and other thinkers and
administrators in higher education to register for the Plenary Meeting.
