Consolidated exam form (All Semesters) Continuous evaluation marks (mid‐ Semester) form for remedial student Vivo‐exam form Enrollment cum exam form for Semester‐I (Newly Admitted) It is necessary to GUN all above types of exam form, however in the interest of student it is again reminded that continuous evaluation marks (mid‐ Semester) form (Type‐II) is required to gun along with requisite fee of Rs. 50/‐ per student, per semester and thereafter marks are to be uploaded only of those students who have filled the form as and when link as open on GTU portal. Failing which under no circumstances such marks shall be accepted by GTU. Therefore in the interest of the student it is again informed to follow the instruction of the GTU, and inform all concerned students to fill required exam form.
