Guidelines for Remedial Mid review & Final Dissertation Exam
1) All students should remain present at respective venue b y 09:00 am. In order to start the
exam on time, it is mandatory to load student PowerPoint presentation at respective hall
by 09:15 am.
2) Students have to bring their old comment sheet of ITD exam, Midsem exam & Final
Exam on the date of exam. (Whichever is applicable)
Students should bring:
a) Hall Tickets issued by the University
b) Concise Literature Review
c) Justification for their topic
d) Approval of the topic by the Institute research committee ( Including subject expert
and the institute head)
e) Objective and rationale of the project
f) All previous comment sheets of ITD, Mid sem and/or Final Dissertation
g) Mid sem report (Two Copy) in case of Mid sem Exam
h) Thesis two copy, in case of Final Dissertation exam
Instructions:
 Presentation duration per student: 20 min + 10 min Interaction.
 Students are required to bring presentation preferably on CD rather than pen drive.
 Students should carry 2 Hard copy of the Patent Search & Analysis Report (PSAR).
 Exam will start sharp at 10:00 am
 Total marks of Final Dissertation exam is 100. Minimum passing marks is 40% that
means 40 marks.
 Total marks of Mid review exam is 60. Minimum passing marks is 40% that means 24
marks.
