Review Guidelines for Final Dissertation of M. Pharm (Phase-I)
From 9 th to 21st May -2014 (Except Sundays)
Guidelines:

All students should remain present at respective venue b y 09:00 am. In order to
start the exam on time, it is mandatory to load student PowerPoint presentation at
respective venue by 9:45 am.
Students review comments (Old Review Cards) must be submitted to Expert Panel at the
beginning of review.
Students should present:
a) Hall Tickets issued by the University
b) Concise Literature Review
c) Justification for their topic
d) Objective and rationale
e) Work done; Results; conclusions of any
f) Student must carry review cards of ITD winter 13 exam and mid review exam
2014 with comment of the experts
g) Compliance to comments
Instructions:
 Presentation duration per student: 20 min + 10 min Interaction.
 Students are required to bring presentation preferably on CD rather than pen drive.
 Student should carry 3 Hard copy of the thesis. (For endorsement by examiners and all
03 copies will be returned to students in evening.)
 Re v ie w Exam will start sharp at 10:00 am on every day

To avoid delay in the review work , the researchers
and students are requested to upload their
presentation before start of the Review
First 6 students review will be done as per the list
Lunch will be provided to all Experts, Supervisors,
Co-Supervisor and Students by GTU.
Remaining students review will be done as per the
list

Please note:
1) Experts, Supervisors, Co-Supervisor and sstudents will be offered free lunch coupons by
the University at their respective halls.
2) Only supervisor/guide, whose name is registered in GTU database can claim for TA and
Honorarium.
3) Co-supervisor/co- guide/alternative faculty authorized by institute can able to remain
present during their respective student’s presentation but they cannot claim TA and
honorarium.
