Note: Some of the MBA colleges have been merged with nearer college, for the GCSR & CP Practical Exams, because of less number of students. The respective colleges must send
their one internal faculty coordinator on the date of exam to respective alloted Exam Centre along with all the necessary data of students in prescribed format . i.e. attendence sheet
for students, two seperate marksheets (containing internal marks and blank marksheet for external marks). Both the marksheets must contain the students' name, enfollment
number, title of project, as per the format given by GTU.
Important Instructions:
1. The faculty incharge for GCSR & CP of all MBA institutes , where the exam centre is merged with another institute, must remain present at the exam centre and submit the filled in and signed
marksheets of internal marks in prescribed format to the Exam. Centre Head.
2. All the MBA Sem-IV students are instructed to remain present at Exam Centre as per the schedule time i.e. at 9.30 am.
3. All the sutdents are required to carry hall ticket with them issued by the University.
4. All students must be present in their respective examination hall 30 minutes before the exam.
