Doctoral Progress Review & Core Subject Review
Gujarat Technological University will conduct the Doctoral Progress Review of PhD
Scholars during 01st September, 2015 to 30th September, 2015 as per following:

Students and Supervisors are advised to conduct the review within the specified time
period and submit the review card (as provided by University), TA and Remuneration Bills
etc. to Gujarat Technological University on or before 15th October, 2015. After last
date of submission of review card, the University will not accept any DPC review
cards.
Students of Batch 2014 are advised to submit a file containing sealed evelop of Evaluation
sheet and other necessary documents (i.e. core subject syllabus, study materials prepared,
question paper (70 Marks) with answer sheet, Evaluated assignments (30 Marks), Complete
filled Bills of TA (as per format provided by University) and hard copy of presentation (50
Marks)).
Further, the DPC reviews should be conducted in presence of both officially appointed
DPC membes only.
