Indian Society of Pharmacognosy had selected Gujarat State Branch of
Society of Pharmacognosy for the award of ‘Best State Branch’ of the year 2010
on the basis of events organized and contribution towards promotion of society by
various means. This award was honored to Dr. N. M. Patel (Modasa) and Dr. K. N.
Patel (Ahmedabad) respectively Secretary and President of Gujarat State branch
during inaugural function of 15th National Convention and Ist International
Conference of Society on Feb. 18, 2011 at Belgaum (Karnatak).
