Pharma Career Summit 2013
L. J. Industry Interaction and Placement Cell of L.J. Group of Institutes, Ahmedabad had organized
“Pharma Career Summit 2013”- an exclusive Job Fair for Pharmacy on 20th April 2013, Saturday.
Students of B.Pharma and M.Pharma all across the GTU and other parts of Gujarat showed
overwhelming response by participating in this mega event.

Profiles Offered:
Participating candidates were offered profiles in Sales & Marketing, Quality Assurance/Control,
Pharmacy, Clinical Data Management, Clinical SAS, R&D, Clinical Operations, Regulatory Affairs,
Production and Pharmacovigilance.
Nearly 400 candidates participated in the Job Fair. Out of which, there were 507 total
first shortlisting of students done by the above mentioned companies, which means
hundreds of candidates have got multiple offers to appear for final round in the company.
The whole idea was conceptualized keeping in mind the market downfall for jobs in Pharmacy domain.
Students in Pharma struggle to get appropriate jobs and hence we initiated PHARMA CAREER
SUMMIT 2013, with the objective to bring in EMPLOYERS and STUDENTS face-to-face to carve successful
partnerships.
In past, L.J. Group of Institutes had organized “Pharma Career Summit 2012” which was a grand success
for the stake holders of Pharma domain, both students and industries. We have also started “Pharma
Cradle” wherein we provide our students a platform to interact with successful Pharma entrepreneurs
and get motivation and exposure by their success stories. By these continuous innovative efforts, we at
L.J. GROUP OF INSTITUTES are trying to revive and encourage the Pharma domain.
