Atmiya at Glance
Sarvodaya Kelavani Samaj (S.K.S.) has started functioning in Rajkot from 1988. An
economically disadvantaged position and lack of adequate facilities for higher education
in Saurashtra and Kutch persuaded H. D. H. Hariprasad Swamiji, to choose Rajkot,
situated in the heart of Saurashtra and Kutch for conducting His philanthropic activities.
We have been imparting first-rate education in almost all major faculties in Social
Sciences, Humanities, Commerce, Sciences, Pharmacy, Engineering and Technology.
These 24 years, from 1988 onward, have been a period of development in S.K.S. We
have invested millions of rupees in creating and strengthening infrastructural facilities in
our schools, colleges & institutes. Yogidham, our campus, located on 23 acres of land,
provides educational facilities from KG to PG, and we endeavor to synthesize spiritual,
scientific, and technological achievements of the East and West so as to bring about
harmonious and integrated development of young minds.
A few words about the Workshop:
A great deal of value is attached to published research. Writing research paper is an
option for undertaking short period research investigation. Ph. D. Scholars are required
to publish 2/3 research papers in refereed journals before the submission of thesis. A
substantive research effort is invested in research paper writing by a large number of
teachers, industry experts and scholars. However, several authors do not know how to
write a research paper with the result that a large number of papers are rejected by
peered reviewed quality journals.
Writing a research paper is an art as well as a sophisticated knowledge based skill. Very
few among the academia understand the finer nuances involved in writing a research
paper which is publishable in high quality referred or peer reviewed journal. This
workshop is expected to fill up this gap to some extent.

streams (i.e. Engineering, Management & Science faculty), faculty members,
