Sanjaybhai Rajguru College of Diploma Engineering, Rajkot one of the leading institute at diploma and G.T.U. level takes much effort to place its students. The institute is established in 2009. Till 2014 it has produced two batches of Diploma students. In 2012 the college has provided 85% placement and in 2013 the percentage increased to 90%, which is a great achievement at Diploma level. Till now the efforts were made for the students of Sanjaybhai Rajguru college of Diploma Engineering only.
Sanjaybhai Rajguru college of Diploma Engineering has taken the further step for the benefits of the students of different colleges at Saurashtra level. The college has organized a mega job fair. “Omkara Job Fair‐2014” on 30/3/2014 and 2/4/2014. This type of mega job fair is the first of its kind in Gujarat at Diploma Level. The job fair was organized in two phases. First phase was for students of
C.E, I.T., and E.C. branches which were arranged on 30/3/2014 and second phase was arranged for students of Mechanical, Electrical and Civil branches on 2/4/2014 in which following companies are participated. Sr. No. Name of Company

Registration of all the students was done. Industry In statute meet were organized. Views of various industrialists were taken and discuss to bridge the gap between industries in statutes. Even requirements of syllabus at this moment were raised.
