is premier Pharmacy College that continuously
strives hard to provide high quality pharmacists
to the industry. Established in 2004, our institute
has got state of art infrastructure suitable for all
the kind of studies. Our institute is well equipped
for conducting various kinds of research, as we
believe research is the genesis of any discovery.
We have UG, PG and PhD students regularly
indulged in Academic and Research activities
under the guidance on our learned faculties. The
college already has witnessed success of
seven batches of B. Pharm and Five batches of M.
Pharm and has got big no. of GPAT qualifiers
every year. The biggest of all is that National
Board of Accreditation, AICTE, New Delhi, has
accorded ACCREDITATION for the period of three
years to the UG programme of Sigma Institute of
Pharmacy from September 2013 to September
2016.

EVENT:
The Institute has successfully organized two
POSTER PRESENTATION COMPETITIONs known
as PHARMAESCAPADE, in last three years. To
inspire and motivate the Students and Faculties of
different Pharmacy Colleges is the need of an
hour. They are the ambassadors of the Pharmacy
Profession. Hence this competition is projected as
get-together of all the pharmacy students, faculty
members along with the eminent personalities of
different areas of Pharmacy profession. Looking
at the overwhelming response received by the
institute in the past two events by the students
and faculties throughout the Nation, Sigma
Institute of Pharmacy is encouraged to organize
the poster presentation competition for the third
time under the banner of PHARMAESCAPADE
2014.
The Institute has successfully organized four
REFRESHER
COURSE
FOR
REGISTERED
PHARAMCISTS sponsored by GUJARAT STATE
PHARMACY COUNCIL in last seven years. The
thrive to knowledge of Sigma group have ended
in arranging several such events in past couple of
years like the college has to its credit the pride of
organizing a Two week Staff Development
programme and two National Seminar sponsored
by AICTE, New Delhi for sharpening the brains of
its faculty. The institute is also credited to host
National Convention of Society of Pharmacognosy.
Now through the above event an attempt will be
made to bring out the hidden potential and
creativity of the students, also the event will help
the students to acquire knowledge regarding the
recent obscure issues in pharma world. The
winners of the poster competition will be duly
acknowledged.

word, Arial, font size 12 with 1.5 spacing. Please
mention your category and level in abstracts.

The selected papers will be intimated till 26th
August, . The Posters must be of 1x1m in size.
