 Following agendas were discussed during this awareness Event of OSTC
 Agenda – 1 Objectives of OSTC Club
PROF. Y.S. CHOUPARE, Patron of OSTC club welcomes all executive
members, teaching staff members and presented objectives of OSTC
activities, it’s purpose and actualization of ‘OSTC Club’ framed by GTU and
also discussed importance of this type of CLUB.
 Agenda – 2 Presentations about “What is SPOKEN TUTORIAL?” &
“Methods of Training and WORKSHOP”
Ms Bhavna Gajera, coordinator of OSTC club gave the presentation about
‘What is SPOKEN TUTORIAL?” & “Methods of Training and
WORKSHOP” elaborate it among the members and all teaching staff who
were present in this event. All the members appreciate this project initiated
by GTU and IIT, Bombay with support of NMEICT, MHRD, Government
of India.
 Agenda – 3 Arranged Open Source Software Workshop ‘LATEX’ for
faculty members.
All staff members who attended the Awareness Event had participated
Open Source Software “Latex” and appreciate it. ‘LATEX’ is Typesetting
software for preparing reports, letters and presentations - especially useful
for persons engaged in writing/ publishing documents from science/ arts/
commerce fields.
