 Show all the Physical facilities (water supply, drainage network, road network,
SWM, Sanitation (toilet) facilities, Electricity supply) with appropriate photograph
and make proper comment on existing conditions/ issues.
 Show all the Present health facilities (Dispensaries, PHC, CHC or Private
Hospitals) with photographs and comment on existing conditions/ Problems faced
by villagers.
 Show all the Education facilities (Aaganwadi, Primary, secondary, higher
secondary schools, ITI, Other courses) with photographs and comment on
existing conditions/ Problems faced by villagers.
 Show all the Socio-Cultural facilities (Community hall, Public library, Garden,
market area, Ponds/lakes, Playground/Park) with appropriate photographs and
make proper comment on existing conditions/ issues.
 If any other details are available then specify it with proper comment &
 Mention the available Renewable infrastructure (Biogas Plants, Solar street lights
or any) facilities.
