Various circulars, as per above mentioned reference has been circulated by University. Also
detailed mails have been sent by section to institutes for collection of grade cards of various
semesters. Till date some of institute whose college codes are mention below has not turned
up for collection of student’s grade card, which cause inconvenience to students seeking
admission to various higher courses. This being a major reason of grievance, as directed by
competent authority all the below mention colleges are hereby informed to send college
representative along with authority letter to collect student grade cards on or before 25 st
September, 2013 on any working day between 11.30 am to 05.00 pm from GTU Chandkheda
(Room No B – 201).

Colleges not collecting grade cards, on or before above mentioned last date will only be
responsible for students inconvenience and none of the student will be allotted grade card
from GTU office.
