All the Principals/HoDs of the MBA Institutes in Gujarat are hereby informed that, since the
number of students in MBA Semester -4 Practical Exams for the subjects GCSR (Subject code:
2830003) and CP-IDP (Subject code: 2830004) are few in number and hence, the GTU has assigned
only one Exam Centre at Central Place i.e. Shri Jairambhai Patel Institute of Business
Management (SJPI) (Formerly NICM), Near Infocity, Indroda Circle, Gandhinagar.

Important Instructions:
1. The respective colleges must send the Internal marks of their students appearing in the
above practical exam directly to the GTU before the date of exam in the prescribe
format given by GTU
2. All the MBA Sem-IV students appearing in remedial exam of above mention subjects are
instructed to remain present at Exam Centre as per the schedule time i.e. at 9.30 am.
3. All the students are required to carry hall ticket with them issued by the University.
4. All students must be present in their respective examination hall 30 minutes before the
exam.
