downloaded from URL

2. Use link: Phase II of “Form Download & Gunning list” Section
3. Colleges are hereby informed to get the forms filled up as perInstructions for filling of forms.
4. Colleges should bring Files/ Documents as per Instructions for filling of form
5. Colleges are informed to strictly adhere to follow the schedule below.

It is compulsory to submit Hard Copy of Phase-1 of enrolment Form and Files as per schedule (i.e.
between 21-oct-2013 to 24-oct-2013) put on GTU website on 18-10-2013.
Only Hard copies of Phase-2 of enrolment Form can be submitted on 25-oct-2013.
The students whose enrollment forms are not filled up earlier are required to pay penalty of Rs.
100/- (per student)
