Respected Sir / Madam, As we all know that Xitij – 2012 for Ahmedabad Zone is scheduled on 28th, 29th and 30th September. The schedule is as per above. For Smooth conduction of the event following points are to be taken in to consideration: 1) Registration will start sharp at 0 8:30 a.m. on 28th September, 2012 at C. U. Shah College of Engineering & Technology. You are advised to reach early to prevent last moment rush. Registration will not be done without Team Manager (The Faculty Member). 2) Team Managers have to verify & submit all the documents as per rules of University of all the Participants of their institute at Registration Counter. All the documents should be certified by respective Head of Institute. 3) The students who are participating will have to wear their Identity Cards during their stay, but during their performance or in competition hall they need to wear identity card given specially for XITIJ which will be have to be displaced during event. It must be ensured during competition or in competition hall college name of Participants must be kept confidential, breach of this condition will invitee disqualification of team/participant from that event. 4) Meeting of all Team Managers would be held immediately after Inaugural Function in Room Number 113 (Ground Floor) in C. U. Shah College of Engineering and Technology. 5) A s p e r U n i v e r s i t y r u l e E a c h Team will consist of maximum 55 members including Team Manager, Accompanist and Participants for which food coupons will be provided at the registration desk on the payment of Rs. 150/‐ per team member. If team of any Institute have more than 55 Members then they will be charged Rs. 440/‐ per person as per University norms. 6) New entry or Replacement of the participants will not be accepted on the day of registration. Only change in the Name spelling will be allowed. 7) The Inaugural function will start at 10:30 a.m. at C .U. Shah College of Engineering & Technology, Wadhwan City so all team members are requested to occupy seats in the Auditorium before 10:15 a.m. This will ease to start our further program at scheduled time. 8) There is no ON THE SPOT registration for any event. 9) The Change Rooms for the Girls and Boys are available nearby stage at C. U. Shah College of Engineering & Technology, Wadhwan City. 10) As per the meeting at GTU, the certificate for participation is to be written by the Team Managers on Day ‐1 before 01:30 pm and submit it to organizing secretary. It will be sent to GTU for endorsement. 11) On Stage of the auditorium any kind of physical, heavy or light items will not be allowed. Please don’t bring such items. Items made up of Plywood, Hardwood, any kind of metal, wood, furniture is strictly prohibited. 12) Decorum and Discipline should be maintained in Auditorium, Seminar Hall and Campus of Institute. 13) If any student of participating institute is found damaging Institute Property, very strict action including disqualification from event will be taken. All team leaders must keep this in mind. 14) Institute is not going to provide any strong room or clock room to keep your luggage. 15) The final schedule of XITIJ 2012 is attached, kindly go through it.
