Circular
Extension in duration of Enrollment Validity
All the students are hereby informed to check their validity period for completion of their specified
course.
As per the Notification: 1/2012, clause no. (1), the Validity of students’ enrollments for the
different courses has been up to double duration of particular course. However, if a student is
not in a position to complete the course within the duration specified, then he/ she will be required
to write an application as a special case to Honorable Vice Chancellor for granting the extension.
Honorable Vice Chancellor is sole authority for granting of extension of enrollment period.
It may be noted that such applications must be submitted 30 days before the commencement of the
next University examination.
