Dear Sir/Madam,
I am directed to invite you and the Managing Trustee of your institute for a very important meeting to be
held on 8th December 2013, Sunday from 11:00 am onwards. The Director, the Registrar, the Dean(s), the
Deputy Registrar, Assistant Registrar, Deputy Directors and other office bearers of the university will
participate in these meetings. The Vice-Chancellor will also attend one or more of these meetings.
Agenda of the meeting is as follows:
1. Overview of Examination process, including evaluation process i.e. conventional as well as e-assessment
and early declaration of university results.
2. The start of the next academic (even) semester right according to the academic calendar
3. Discussion on the value of discipline and good character in Faculty members, employees and students of
Institutes affiliated to the university
4. "Run for UNITY" programme to be held on 15thDec 2013 from 8:00 am to 11:00 am
5. Any other issue of common interest
All are invited for Lunch at 1.00 pm after meeting.
