To All Directors/ Principals/ Coordinators/ Examiners
With reference to the transfer of Faculties of Government Institutes affiliated to the Gujarat
Technological University it is to hereby inform that the allocation of duties and schedule of the
Practical/Viva of Winter 2013 of Diploma Engineering remain unchanged. Even if the faculty
has been transferred to the Institute where he/she had been allocated exam duties as per earlier
order, the faculty shall continue to perform duties as an external examiner at the same institute.
All Principals and practical exam coordinator are inform to take note of it for smooth conduction
of practical examination.
