S4-S4 day is the day when students showcase their startup ventures (business), their progress,
their product, and discuss about their expected growth. It give the budding entrepreneurs
exposure to a large audience from diverse backgrounds having a direct or an indirect interest in
promoting student ventures. Such inter-actions can help us learn some ideas, which may be
able to help expand a startup business develop in a more sustainable direction.
Who Should Register for S4-S4: Any alumni or student / students who is / are
studying and having a student venture (business) can participate in the program.
Students or alumni, from any stream like engineering degree / diploma, MBA, MCA or
Pharmacy and others having a startup in any of the phases (Conceptual Stage / Prototype
Stage/ validated prototype stage / Scale-up Stage) can apply. Priority will be given to new
student startups that have not been featured in the previous editions of S4-S4; whereas they
will certainly be welcome to participate and co-create better startup ideas.
These teams who are having a startup business may be invited to participate in the flagship
program of S4 called SLP (Startup Leadership Program). GTU would like to extend facilities like
the use of co-creation space, office space for certain time, linking them to potential investors,
connecting to wide pool of local and global entrepreneurs etc. GTU has MOUs with a number of
organizations, some of whom may be able to the start-ups of our students and alumni.
