Report on Participations in Newton Bhabha Innovation Workshop:
Industry- Academia Engagement on May 12th & 13th, 2015
at Hotel Taj Mahal , New Delhi .

Institute of Management and Research ,Parul University participated in Two
Day Newton Bhabha Innovation Workshop: Industry- Academia Engagement
on May 12th & 13th, 2015 at Hotel Taj Mahal , New Delhi . The workshop
was organized by Royal Academy of Engineering and Newton Bhabha Fund
jointly with FICCI , NKFH .
Many eminent professors , scientists , administrators , civil servants ,
industry professionals from both United Kingdom and India were speakers
and participants in the workshop . I was a speaker in the session on’
Determining Strategic Focal points for Industry-Academia Linkages ‘ chaired
by Prof Sir William Wakeham FREng, Vice-President, Royal Academy of Engineering and I
spoke on ‘ Current Economic Priorities, Social Needs, Strategic Growth Areas ‘ along with
Mr.R D Pandya Joint General Manager , LNT Power Ltd and Head , Training , LNT Power
Institute , Baroda , India . A few snaps taken in the workshop are :
