Circular regarding Last Date to apply for cancellation of enrollment/admission by Institute

All the students/Guardians/Institute heads are hereby informed that the last date to
submit the application of the student enrollment cancellation is 30-06-2014. Institute
heads are requested to send such applications along with necessary documents so as to
reach GTU, Chandkheda Campus on or before 30-06-2014. Please note that the
cancellation orders will be issued to the institute after 10 days from the application(s)
received at the University. So institute head are here by informed to submit the
application of cancellation well in time.
Documents to be submitted:
1. Institute’s request on letter head clearly mentioning enrolment number,
semester and name of the student and duly signed by institute head.
2. Affidavite by institute (on Rs. 100/- stamp paper) regarding genuineness of
applications received from concerned students only.
3. Student(s) application in his/her own handwritting and counter signed by
his/her guardian and institute head. (also attach photo-id of student having
his/her specimen signature)
