No. 20 of 2007) No. : GTU/Cancellation/4244 Cancellation of Enrollment Circular regarding Last Date to apply for cancellation of enrollment/admission by Institute 16 th June, 2014 All the students/Guardians/Institute heads are hereby informed that the last date to submit the application of the student enrollment cancellation is 30-06-2014. Institute heads are requested to send such applications along with necessary documents so as to reach GTU, Chandkheda Campus on or before 30-06-2014. Please note that the cancellation orders will be issued to the institute after 10 days from the application(s) received at the University. So institute head are here by informed to submit the application of cancellation well in time. Documents to be submitted: 1. Institute’s request on letter head clearly mentioning enrolment number, semester and name of the student and duly signed by institute head. 2. Affidavite by institute (on Rs. 100/- stamp paper) regarding genuineness of applications received from concerned students only. 3.
