Sub: Regarding Extension of Date for Institute Transfer
Gujarat Technological University extends the date for inviting the applications for Institute transfer
from the students of self-financed colleges of following courses:

Instructions for the students:
1. The students are instructed to fill the application form online at the below mentioned link:
http://14.139.122.72/trans
2. Students must take the printout of the duly filled application form and compulsorily attach
‘’No Objection Certificate’’ issued by
a. The Parent Institute where the student is studying presently and
b. The new institute where the transfer is sought.
3. The hard copy of the application form alongwith the both NOC must be submitted to GTU,
Chandkheda before the last date ie. 26-06-2014.
The Principals of the concerned colleges are informed to issue ‘’No Objection Certificate’’ to the
students as per the guidelines issued vide circular dated 19/05/2014.
The applications not submitted through online system, incomplete applications and applications
received after the due date will not be considered.
