Instructions for BE‐PDDC Blank Exam Forms •
For those eligible students who have not received exam forms for BE SEM‐4, Institute has to fill up the blank exam form as per format available on website. •
Submit data in specified excel sheet format, Scan copies of exam forms and challan through E‐INWARD system before 11‐05‐2012 to GTU. •
Before submitting forms, check relevant documents like UFM, Detention list, Term grant etc. •
Send all documents related to eligibility of the candidate. •
After data verification, if ineligibility is detected by GTU, student’s exam form will get cancelled and in such cases no equality shall be claimed thereof by the student or the institute. •
