2nd June 2012 An event to support Innovative students/student projects to become start ups Venue‐ AMA, Ahmedabad Management Association Registration‐ 9.30 A.M. Many final year students from GTU colleges are trying to convert their final year projects to start up modules. To support them, GTU Innovation Council is organizing a one day event ‘S4 Meet ‐ June Edition' of all GTU students and other entrepreneurs in the field of IT, Mobile technology and communications and other technology areas at AMA, Ahmedabad on 2nd of June 2012. The event is being organized to support the ICT/CSE/MCA and related field based budding entrepreneurs by providing them mentoring sessions by veteran entrepreneurs and industry experts. The sessions will be interactive and will focus on how to scale up their projects and ventures, how to prepare to access venture capital and how to collaborate beyond their boundaries for better outcomes for their projects/ventures. The session will also allow interaction between the participants so as to provide the participants an opportunity to find partners for their ventures, seek other participants' support for complementary skills and resources. The session will also select thirty students/projects which would be provided support on an ongoing basis beyond the event also.
