Developer Camp –
A workshop on Windows Phone App
Date: 10th & 11th January, 2015
Time: 10:00 to 17:30
Venue: 126, GTU S4-Co-Creation Center (S4-C3), ACPC Building, Ahmedabad-380015.
“A never like workshop before to converge the developing brains”
The workshop helped the students for the developing an application for Windows Phone.
Therefore, it imbibed the students to design and develop their own innovation with the help of
windows tool in today’s technological era. This workshop focused on providing the knowledge
of Windows Phone App Development, using C# and XAML programming languages.
Not only the theoretical application, but experts from IT industry presented a brief demonstration
on App Dev that explained in detail the advantages e.g. It would help them to build their
projects on Windows Platform.

The workshop was attended by more than 100 participants and they learned the simpler way to
develop an App for Windows Phone.
The demonstration of “Weather App” was carried out, that showcased the live weather
information of Ahmedabad City. Subsequently from the participants, 11 could developed the
App themselves during the workshop.
