Circular
Gujarat Technological University has implemented the new revised syllabus for M.E. from the academic
year 2014-15. In accordance with the teaching scheme for semester-II effective from January 2015
uploaded on the university website, all the Principals/Directors of Institutes offering Master of
Engineering (M.E.) Program are hereby informed to provide following details at the link:

1. The name of the faculty members who have been assigned to teach the particular subject code.
2. The list of peer reviewed Journals and Tier-I & Tier-II Conferences relating to the subject (or
relating to the area of thesis for seminar) of the students provided by the faculty members in the
beginning of the semester i.e. within 10 days. (ie.)
The list of Journal/conferences provided by the faculty members for the respective subjects will be
uploaded on GTU website at the earliest.
Every student or a group of students shall critically study 2 research papers, integrate the details and make
presentation in the last two weeks of the semester.
The GTU marks entry portal will allow entry of marks to institutes only after uploading of the best 3
presentations of the students. A unique id number will be generated only after uploading the
presentations. Thereafter the entry of marks will be allowed.
The best 3 presentations of each college will be uploaded on GTU website.
