CIRCULAR
To conduct the Special Remedial Practical/viva exam of MBA Semester: 3 for SIP (2830005)
for Academic Year 2013-15 Batch Students.
Special Remedial Practical/Viva Exam of MBA semester: 3 for SIP (2830005) is scheduled as per
the Below Time Table.

The Eligible candidates & Institutes have to fulfil the below conditions.
1. The students, through their Institute has to submit the reason for not able to complete the
SIP during summer-2014.
2. The students, through their Institute has to the certificate issued by the industry starting the
reason.
3. Certification by the Principal/Director of the concerned Institute specifying the dates when
the work was undertaken.
However the student who appeared in the SIP exam during last Viva Exam and could not
clear SIP exam have to complete the SIP in the next summer i.e. Summer, 2015 holidays and
then only they can appear in the remedial viva exam.
However,institute has to submit information as per the above listed conditions for the proposed
eligible students till 1st May,2015 in scanned copy to [email protected]. They are also directed to
send the same set of documents by post to GTU.
After scrutiny of the documents, the eligible students will be issued the exam forms and Hall
tickets for this special Viva Exam of SIP - 2830005.
