Notice for
National Integration Camp (NIC) & State Level Cultural
Workshop
It is a matter of proud that NSS – GTU is given an opportunity to organize
1. National Integration Camp (NIC) of 7 days for the first time.
2. State Level Cultural Workshop of 3 days by the State NSS
Therefore, GTU is inviting letter of interest from the GTU affiliated Institutes those who
are interested to host these events. All institutes shall refer following information
before sending letter of interest
National Integration Camp - 7 days
250 NSS Volunteers will participate (200 NSS Volunteer from Gujarat & 50 NSS
Volunteer from other state).
Participation of Boys volunteers & Girls volunteers will be equal.
Host institute will make arrangement of food, accommodation & local transportation if
required for 250 participants.
Various programs, competitions, leadership sessions, quiz, site visits shall be arranged
during the camp
Good infrastructure is required to conduct this prestigious camp.
State Level Cultural Workshop – 3 days

300 NSS Volunteers will participate from various Universities of Gujarat
Participation of Boys volunteers & Girls volunteers will be equal.
Host institute will make arrangement of food, accommodation & local transportation if
required for 300 participants.
Activities of the workshop shall be related to folk/performing art.
Good infrastructure is required to conduct this prestigious workshop.
GTU will provide necessary financial support for these events. All interested Institutes shall
submit letter of interest attached herewith on or before 22nd May 2015 to [email protected].
