GTU is organizing TECHFEST 2014 in various zones of GTU as per following schedule.

All students from respective zone can register their participation at their zone TECHFEST only
and hence student from one zone cannot register at another zone. However, students other
than GTU affiliated institutes can register their participation at any zonal TECHFEST.

Students from all GTU affiliated institutes and other Universities can participate in Central GTU
TECHFEST.

Host institute will have to submit the names of the events conducted by them during the
respective GTU-Zone-Tech fest asap on their website and are required to close registration for
every event 3 days before the first day of Zonal Techfest.

The Registration fees will be Rs. 50/student/event. The fees are to be deposited to host institute
at least 3 days prior to the start of TECHFEST.

GTU will provide the Certificates for the following o Certificate of Participation to each participant.
o Certificate to Winners
o Certificate of Appreciation to the GTU-TECHFEST ORGANIZING TEAM.
 Students are advised to make their own arrangements for accommodation & food.

TECHFEST.
