2nd Award Function – Co-curricular Activities
University is organizing its Second Award Function – Co-curricular Activities like NSS, NCC,
Social Activities, Sports & Cultural Activities on 03rd May 2014. Directors/Principals, Trustees
& Faculty members concerned with above mentioned activities are cordially invited to
attend the function.
GTU Social Activities
The Principals / Directors, Faculty Coordinators and Student Coordinators, whose
contribution in following social activities is significant in the year 2012-13 & 2013-14, are
invited to remain present in the Award Function.
Blood Donation – Highest Collection in numbers – top 5 degree & top 5 diploma
colleges
Blood Donation – Highest Collection in percentage - top 5 degree & top 5 diploma
colleges (Minimum collection 100 bottle will become eligible)
Thalassemia Testing - Highest Testing in percentage - top 10 degree / diploma
colleges
Sainik Welfare Fund Raising – Highest Contribution – Top 5 institutes
National Cadet Corps
NCC Cadets who represented GTU in various national level events mentioned below are
invited to remain present in the Award Function.

“Guard of Honor” ceremony during GTU’s second & third convocation function
National Service Scheme
Institute, faculty members & students in the following categories will be felicitated

3 best program officers
3 best NSS Volunteers

‘XITIJ’ – GTU YOUTH FESTIVAL
Team members of GTU Youth Festival Team participated in West Zone Inter University
Youth Festival by Association of Indian University in the year 2012-13 & 2013-14 have to
remain present in the Award Function. Details are given below.

Association of Indian University during July 2012 to June 2013 & July 2013 to June 2014
have to remain present in the Award Function. Details are given below.
