Online Viva Entry - Basic Instructions & Manual for GTU Co-ordinator & Examiner
GTU Coordinator Login Functionality:
1. Links For GTU Coordinator: http://14.139.122.69/marksheetgen/adminlogin.jsp. User Name and
password are same as that of GTU E-inward.
2. GTU Coordinator has to register examiner, allocate student and take printout of Attendance
Report and Examiner Mark-sheet of Students for Examiner.
3. GTU Coordinator has to register examiner with details like full name, email id and mobile from
examiner and allocate him particular semester, branch code and subject code as per examiner order.
The examiner email id will be used to send Username and password for viva mark entry.
4. System will automatically allocate first 66 students to the particular examiner. GTU coordinator
have rights to reallocated or de-allocate student to examiner using "Allocate Menu". All the students
have to be allocated to some examiner even if they are Detain, Absent, IEP etc.
5. GTU Coordinator can take printout of attendance report and Blank examiner mark-sheet of
examiner (after final allocation of students to examiner) from "Active Examiner" Menu. GTU
Coordinator can make required changes in Examiner registration details if required.
6. External Examiner have to take this letter and give to GTU Coordinator. GTU coordinator will be
relieved examine after take this letter.

GTU Examiner Login Functionality:
1. Links For GTU Examiner: http://14.139.122.69/marksheetgen/examlogin.jsp. Username and
password will be received on your email, after registration at examination centre. The password will
be OTP (One Time Password) and will valid for the particular exam date only.
2. Examiner can see the list of Allocated student in his/her Login and can take print of blank
examiner mark-sheet. Examiner can use blank examiner mark-sheet to note student's viva/practical
marks at the time of viva/practical examination.
3. Examiner has to enter marks in the online system, after completion of exam. Examiner cannot
enter "0" marks, "ZR" can be entered to allocate 0 (zero) marks to students, AB in case of Absent, IP
in case of IEP student. For detained student enter "ZR".
4. After entering marks examiner can take print of entered marks (provisional mark-sheet) and verify
this marks with original hand written marks. Also Absent students can be verified with attendance
report.
5. After verification examiner can edit marks in case there is some error in entering marks. After final
verification examiner can Lock Marks entry and take final print (Final mark-sheet). [Note: marks
cannot be edited after Lock]. Examiner has to submit hand written mark-sheet, Attendance report
and system generated final Mark-sheet in duly sealed envelope to centre in-charge.
6. GTU coordinator has to collect the letter after lock the subject code then GTU Coordinator
will relieve the External Examiner.

This document explains procedures for GTU coorinator to register external
examiner, allocate student batch and helping external exminer for marks
entry and locking.
Go to Http://14.139.122.69/Marksheetgen/ For Online Viva Mark Entry.
Following page will be displayed.
1. Gtu Co-Ordinator Has To click on GTU Coordinator and Login using
Gtu E inward Login Id and Password.
2. After Coordinator Login, Welcome Page will displayed As Shown Below.
3. Click on registration tab to register external examiner.
Gtu coordinator has to fill following details of external examiner for
registration
 Name of examiner
 College code
 Email id
 Current mobile no.
 Semester
 Course code
 Subject code
When the subject code is selected, Gtu Coordinator can see a college wise
student batch for allocation to that examiner.
After student allocation to examiner click on registration button, one time
password will be generated and will be sent to examiner’s entered e mail id
for viva mark entry and other procedure.
4. After successful completion of examiner registration and student
allocation to examiner, below mention Page will be shown.
4.1
Click here to print primary Student Mark-sheet for External
Examiner.
4.2 Click here to print allocated student Attendance Sheet for
external examiner.
4.3 Also list of Un-allocated pending student, who is not allocated to
any of the faculty.
5. Print of Student attendance sheet
6. Print of Primary student mark-sheet.
7. To allocate more students or to de-allocation students from examiner.
 Click on allocation tab.
 Then select external examiner name, subject, and branch.
 After that, Gtu co-ordinator can allocate additional students to
examiner and also de-allocate particular student from this
external examiner.
8. To allocate additional student to particular external examiner, gtu
coordinator has to tick those students from List of student for waiting
for allocation as shown below.
9. To de-allocate student from particular external examiner, gtu
coordinator has to tick those students from List of student allocated to
this faculty as shown below.
10. List Of Active Examiner view by clicking on active examiner.
11. You can also modify examiner mail id by Click Here To Modify Email Id
Of External Examiner
If Any Mistake In External Examiner’s Email Id Then Gtu Coordinator
Will Go on Active Examiner and Click on Email Id
After Clicking On External Examiner Email Id Link, Page Will Redirect
On Email Change Page. On That Page Gtu Coordinator Will Change
Email Id of External Examiner and Get another Password to Login for
External Examiner
12. Deactivate external Examiner
If You Want to De-active Examiner Then Remove All Students from
This Examiner by click on allocation tab and then de-allocate all
students from that examiner and then click on
13. Student Status Page:
Click on student status page to view student list and student allocation
to examiner.
If examiner column is shows blank for particular student, this will
informs you that these students are not allocate to any of examiner.
Hence gtu co-ordinator is informed to allocate this student to examiner
and conduct viva of that student.

EXAMINER
1. Examiner Login Page
Examiner has to login To Below Mention Url. For Online Viva Mark
Entry.

Enter user name and password mail to his.her entered mail id.
2. Welcome Examiner Page
On Welcome Page Examiner Will See His/hers Selected Semester,
Branch Code And Subject Code.
3. External examiner is required to take print out of blank student
attendance report and primary allocated student mark-sheet by
clicking on Report mark sheet and report attendance as shown below
(if not provided by gtu coordinator).

6. Mark entry.
For Viva Mark Entry, examiner has to click on viva tab as shown below.
Read remarks carefully before starting to enter marks. Examiner has to
enter all students mark in online mark-sheet and cannot leave any
student without marks.
7. After mark entry of all students, examiner has to click on save button
and message shows below.
If examiner entered 0 marks then below window will display and examiner
has to enter ZR for those students.
8. After successfully saving data, examiner has to take print out of
provisional student mark-sheet to verify mark entry by clicking on
mark sheet tab.
9. After verification of online mark entry, examiner has to lock marks by
clicking on lock marks.
 First Time confirmation to Lock Page
 Second Time confirmation to Lock Page
 Third Time confirmation to Lock Page
After 3 time lock status confirmation, below message will display on screen.
10. Complete Exam Later
a. When Examiner Do Not Lock Mark Sheet Then Message Will
Display On Screen
b. Examiner Lock Successfully Subject Code Then Message Will
Display On Page.
External Examiner Has To Take This Letter and Give it To Gtu Coordinator.
Then Gtu co-ordinator will Relieve External Examiner Only After Taking This
Latter.
(Letter Format Will Be Changed.)
Important Rules:
 External Examiner Registration Will Be Done on the
day of Exam only.
 Advance Or Post exam Registration is Not Allowed In
Viva Mark Entry System
 Default Allocation Of Students Are Decided By Exam
Section.
 Gtu Coordinator Have to Collect the Letter after
Locking the Subject Code and Then only external viva
examiner will be relieved from practical examination
centre.
