‘Contributor Personality Development Program’

As part of GTU’s initiative to offer continuing support to faculty members conducting
Contributor Personality Development Program, we are organizing a Faculty Development
Program in Surat on16th&17th March (Saturday & Sunday) at the following venue.
Venue:
Government Polytechnic for Girls,
Athwa Gate,
Nanpura, Surat-395001
Kindly Note:
i.
It is the prerogative of the respective institute heads to ensure that every teacher conducting
this course attends this 2-day workshop.
ii. Faculty members who have already attended this training program in the past NEED NOT
attend again. (except those in point v below)
iii. If a new faculty member is conducting the course in this term, it is recommended that s/he
attends the FDP rather than only taking the training from an experienced colleague (faculty
who taught the course in earlier semesters)
iv. Visiting faculty members should also be nominated for this 2-day training program.
v.
This year’s audit results continue to show the high correlation between low grades &
untrained faculty members. All institutes which have been graded “C or F” are mandated to
send their CPDfaculty members for this 2-day FDP even if they have attended this training
in the past.
vi. Workshop timings are from 9:30am - 5:00 pm on both the days
vii. Only Faculty members who attend both the days of the training program are eligible for a
certificate
