Dear Sir,
On behalf of Vice Chancellor, Gujarat Technological University, I am happy to inform you
that University is planning to organize sports in the month of April 2013 for the students of
diploma institutes.
Tentatively following nine games will be considered for the sports festival.
1) Chess
2) Table Tennis
3) Kho - Kho
4) Volleyball
5) Cricket (B)
6) Football (B)
7) Kabbadi
8) Basketball
9) Tennis
All interested colleges who want to host these sports events can send Letter of Interest &
email it to [email protected] on or before 15th April, 2013 with following details.

Meeting of officers of (interested) host institutes is planned in third week of April 2013 to work out
detailed programme of sports events.
