The innovaation Council never botthered abou ut success at a its start but b to work as a ds and acadeemic outcom mes. He consstantly put sstress catalyst aagent betweeen organizaational need on, we need n contexxtual techno ology in everry work, and d that’s whyy UDISHA Club C is formeed at every tecchnical institute to meeet this need. The innovaation council has no paarticular rulees for creativityy but its eyes e to maatch the technical students’ skill with upd dated indusstries requirem ments. He alsso clarified that every teechnical stud dents should d go to indusstries, should d find their neeeds and to integrate th hat need witth new creaativity that’ss how to crreate empatthetic modelingg. Desp pite having wide academicc experiencee with doctorate degreee, his accep ptance of new students’ oriented taste was quitee obvious in the way he based the w whole speech on power point presen ntation. In n the beginn ning he insisted that faacilitators must m accept students ass they are raather than takiing them for granted. EEach studentt has potential within, tthey are reaally hyper acctive. The teachers workin ng with technical institutions must accept IDP. This positivve approach then can be trransmitted to students, tthough therre are many challenges in IDP. H emphatically said thaat teachers should ignitte students mind for this new chan He nge – new approach. Quotting Prof. Rajjput’s speech he reutterred that the project shou uld be: - Speciffic - Measurable nable - Attain - Inspirational - Realisstic - Time bound The most imp portant thing he mentio ons over herre was that ttechnology m must correspond to needs of civilizatio on.
