Detailed eligibility Performa (Annexure‐ I) typed & duly signed by the DPE/Sports In Charge & Principal of the institute in duplicate to be produced at the time of the tournament. 4. Each institute must have their own dress code for particular game. Every participating Institute will provide dress/sports kit to Students. 5. TA DA of players/coach/manager will be borne by the participating institute. 6. Any misbehavior by Team/Team member will lead to disqualification of the team for Next Three Years. 7. Following documents are compulsorily required at the time of tournament as per AIU rules • I‐card of the player • Latest fee receipt (Photocopy) • 10th mark sheet / 12th mark sheet (Photocopy) • School leaving certificate (Photocopy) • Mark sheet of last exam passed (Photocopy) Specific Instructions: Cricket: •
Schedule of every match will be displayed on GTU website zone wise. •
All matches have maximum 20 over. It will be played with season ball. Each team will bring their own playing kit. •
Matches will be played on matting/turf pitches as per the availability of resources. •
Each team will report 30 minutes before the scheduled time. Institute can send maximum & minimum numbers of players as given in table below to participate in various sports competitions. Sr. No.
