Every college will be given equal priority for the venue of Campus drive based on the facility available at their institutes. 2. A new database need to be created with help of developed softwares so that updating and verifying of the data can also be handled. 3. GTU should have its own portal of Question banks for students going for placements. 4. Directory should be prepared containing contact and other details of Industries. 5. Vice Chancellor – Dr. Akshai Aggrawal has agreed to declare the results of last semester of Degree Engineering students before 27th June, and results of students having backlogs will be kept on hold. 6. Area wise list of Colleges will be sent to all regional Committee members so that they can know which colleges are in which particular region. Database of Basic information like addresses of students will be prepared separately. 8. GTU‐ITAP website will be in use shortly, so that even students can inform GTU about placements individually. 9. Website will contain all required data along with Companies visited and average amount of packages given to students. 10. Job‐fairs in four major Regions can be conducted for better placements. 11. Motivating students to appear in GATE examinations. 12. Colleges want facilities to go through the result database of all semester. 13. Accreditation camps should be organised at regional level, so that maximum number of colleges can be benefitted. 14. Common discussion forum should be made for all ITAP members for better communication. 15. Students’ who remains absent after confirmation, a strong stand should be taken against them by the respective institution. 16. Training programs and seminars related to campus placement at regional level should be organised. 17. Those companies, who want immediate joining during academic sessions (Engineering); meeting will be organised with Vice Chancellor Sir of GTU.
