1‐day remedial training program for colleges where the CPD course is not running at satisfactorily levels Audit of the “Contributor Personality Development Program” has been conducted in most of the colleges. Audit findings reveal that in many colleges the course is being conducted by untrained faculty members as a result students are unable to see the value. The bigger concern in these colleges is that students might not be able to score well in the Final Examination as all questions will be based on concept understanding. For the benefit of students from these colleges, GTU has organized 1‐day remedial training session for faculty members. The main objective of this session will be “Preparing Students for Exams” Note faculty members from the identified colleges (List Attached) should mandatorily attend this session without fail in order to benefit their students.
