1-Day Exam-oriented Coaching Session
for Contributor Personality Development
Program (CPDP)

Goal of the session
The aim of the session was to develop capability of participants to
systematically coach their students to become exam-ready.
Structure of the Session
Part 1
Revisiting & clarifying key concepts
The 48 key concepts of the program were revisited & clarified
so that examination revision could be done in an effective manner.
Part 2
Exam Orientation
Exam-style Questions (in 4-option exam format) were posed to
the group and they proposed answers in the class.
Each of the 4 options of every question were discussed in detail
to understand the reasoning underlying the options
The participants discussed what makes an option a more or less
of a contributor option (ranking).
The specific concept / dimension being tested within the each of
the questions were clarified.
Some tips for answering better and ensuring students don’t
make obvious mistakes were provided & discussed.

systematic exam coaching for

An Exam Practice presentation
to be run in the class for students
The presentation contains:
Multiple Choice Questions covering
the entire syllabus
These questions are of the complexity
that will be encountered in the final exam
Correct order of choices for each question
(i.e. answers) with explanation
Tips to help students quickly filter out the least
contributive options so that eventually they are
left to make a choice between options having
the maximum weightage

Value of the Session
• All participants found the session extremely valuable because they
had always felt the need for such an enabler
• Additionally they felt that such a systematic approach will allow them
to help their students overcome the fear of the CPD exam
• Many now feel, that scoring high marks in this exam is possible not
just for a few but for many of their students
