Gujarat Technological University (GTU) organised Research Week program for M.E. and Sem.‐ IV students from 12th March,2012 to 17th March, 2012 and M.Pharm Sem.‐IV students from 10th March,2012 to 21st March,2012. This is to inform all M.E. and M.Pharm. Colleges to collect Student Review Forms of their respective students from GTU. All internal guides of Masters’ students are hereby informed to bring to the notice of GTU‐ PG Section, any adverse comment given by the review panel, regarding the work of their student. All other comments are to be complied and reported accordingly during the final viva voce exam, without which the student shall not be deemed to have completed his/her work. All dissertations are to be submitted as per attached guidelines, before 21st May, 2012. Dissertation Phase II viva voce will be conducted in the 3rd week of June 2012. Extension due to the genuine reasons, if recommended by the guide, shall be given upto 15th July, 2012. Viva voce shall be conducted in last week of July 2012. No extension beyond this period shall be granted. Students not submitting within these time limits shall have to appear for their final viva voce in the next academic year. ‐sd‐ Registrar
