NO:GTU/Late Exam Form‐ Submission/4301/2012 Date: 25/04/2012 Circular Gujarat Technological University has provided online facility to fillup exam form for various courses and exam form gunning schedule is provided time to time. However, as this is the first time in its kind and if there are any non‐submission of exam form during given schedule of exam form gunning, University provides online submission of late exam form facility with late fee and penalty as per the last date given in the schedule (Annexure 1). Thereafter request for submission of exam form shall not be entertained under any case. Institutes are requested not to advice the students to visit University with such request in person.
